Bunlar skleroterapi yapılan damar boyunca maksimum kompres yapmaktadır.

STD Pharmaceutical tarafından D pad (5 cm ×13 cm × 2.5 cm ) ve E pad (4 cm ×13 cm × 1.75 cm ) üretilmiş.

Bunlar deriye Microfoam (3M, St Paul, Minn.) ile sabitlenmekte. Microfoamın 3 farklı ölçüsü var D 7.5 cm(bacakların alt kımsında), E 8.75 cm(bacakların orta kısmında) ve F 10 cm(uylukta) olmak üzere.

Bunun dışında Coban tape (3M) yada Medi-Rip (Conco Medical Co., Rock Hill, S.C.) bandajları kullanılabilir.
